ArtyPants Subscriber Terms and Conditions:
Payment can be made by Credit Card, direct deposit or cheque/money order.
Pay Pal will be available again shortly.
Credit card: With your permission, between 15-20th of each month we will process your supplied
card until you inform us to stop.
Direct deposit or cheque/money order: We must receive your payment no later than 17th of each month.
We can send email reminders if needed.
Kits are delivered between 20-25th of each month*
If you ever need to skip a month** or postpone a payment for up to a week, just let us know no later than 12th of the month.
If a cheque or credit card declines we will always let you know ASAP so you can arrange an alternative payment method.
If you need to cancel your subscription at any time, please inform us no later than 12th of the month.
If you wish to add anything to your order (and receive 10% off all other products purchased) you can either:
1. Create an online order and mention kit subscriber in the comments section and we will add it too your next kit - do not pay for the order at this time, it will be added onto the price of your kit payment shipped with the kit.
2. Call or email us with what you require and we will add it too your next kit.
If you can't see what you are after on the website, we may still have
it, so just call or email us and we can let you know.
Please let us know of any extras by 12th of the month. PLEASE NOTE: If you require an order before we send out your next kit, then 10% discount will not apply.
Monthly kits are always packed securely inside a 'Pizza Box' and leave us in PERFECT condition. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damage made during transit by Australia Post. If your Kit fails to arrive, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to chase it up from our end but will not be held responsible for kits lost in transit by Australia Post.
Occasionally we may accidentally leave something out of your kit. The packaging of an ArtyPants Monthly Kit always has the Kit Contents listed on the back so if something is listed but not included in your kit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your kit. PLEASE NOTE: The amount of buttons, brads flowers etc. are generally listed as APPROX.
We value our subscribers feedback and welcome ALL comments and suggestions.
*We are at the mercy of our suppliers and sometimes a delivery may be running behind. Where possible, we will contact you to let you know of the hold up. We DO NOT process credit cards until all stock is confirmed.
**To receive your free Add On at 6 months or 1/2 price Kit at 12 months, your subscription must be continuous.
